Art3f has implemented the sanitary measures necessary for the safety of all. They will be based on 5 priorities:

Reinforcement of cleaning frequencies (doors, handles, reception areas…), toilets…
Sanitary protocol in place: ventilation, maintenance, waste…

5. EXHIBITORS' COMMITMENTS
Art3f urges its exhibitors, within the framework of the exceptional sanitary measures related to the COVID-19, to respect the following points:

• Wearing of the mask is mandatory for all exhibitors, subcontractors and service providers.
• The exhibitor guarantees the observance of physical distancing.
• The exhibitor intensifies the cleaning of his stand.
• The exhibitor promises to communicate and remind of the barrier gestures on his stand.
• The exhibitor limits contact surfaces on his stand, he is responsible for disinfection after each handling.
• The exhibitor limits distribution of leaflets, food and drink on his stand.
