What is sponsorship?

This involves a company financially supporting all or part of the artist's booth.
The aim for the company is to gain visibility through a commercial approach and to benefit from a tax deduction.

How does it work?

The artist, who has the support of a sponsor, fills out the contract in their own name and provides us with the company's contact details and the amount covered.

Can I submit an application before I have found a sponsor?

Yes, it's possible. Initially, we will submit your application to our selection committee to ensure you have the opportunity to exhibit at our art3f fairs .

Can you help me find a sponsor?

Unfortunately, we don't have a list of sponsors to provide. We advise you to first reach out to your network: bank, insurance company, friend, local business, etc.
Then, if you wish, we can take over with your sponsor for the various formalities and answer any questions they may have.

If I can't find a sponsor, can I share the costs with another artist?

First, when submitting your application, you must specify that your participation depends on a sponsor you haven't yet found. We will then work together to determine the terms of booking the booth.
If you are unable to find a sponsor, we can consider sharing the booth (for example, a painter occupying the linear space and a sculptor occupying the central space). You will be responsible for finding an artist to share it with, allowing you to split the costs in half.

Can I have more than one godfather?

Yes, that's perfectly possible. Simply provide us with their contact information and the amount they're covering so we can prepare the invoice. Any amount not covered by the sponsors will be the responsibility of the artist, who will also receive an invoice in their name.

Is there a minimum amount for the sponsor?

No, there is no minimum. For your information, we consider €500 to be a reasonable amount to support an artist.

What are the advantages for the company that sponsors me?

In addition to the tax deduction, the company that sponsors you will be able to benefit from several advantages:

• Insert your logo on your catalog page
• Unlimited number of invitations (value €20 per invitation)
• Opportunity for visibility on the stand (logo, flyers, business card) set up by you.
• Possibility of organizing a private viewing on the first day of the show at your stand.
