What is sponsorship ?

It is the financial support of all or part of the artist's stand by a company.
The goal being, for the company, to make itself known in a commercial approach and to be able to benefit from a tax deduction

How it works ?

The artist benefiting from the support of a sponsor completes the contract in his name and gives us the contact details of the company and the amount supported.

Can I submit an application before having found a sponsor?

Yes it's possible. First, we will submit your file to our selection committee to ensure that you have the opportunity to exhibit at our art3f fairs.

Can you help me find a sponsor?

Unfortunately, we do not have a list of sponsors to provide.
We advise you first of all to turn to your network: bank, insurance, friend, company nearby... We can then, if you wish, take over with your sponsor for the various formalities and answer any questions he may have.

If I can't find a sponsor, can I split the costs with another artist?

First of all, when filing the file, you will have to tell us that your participation will depend on a sponsor that you have not yet found.
We will set together the conditions for booking the stand. If you cannot find a sponsor, we can consider sharing the stand (for example a painter who can occupy the linear space and a sculptor who can occupy the central space).
It will be up to you to find an artist with whom to share it and so you can divide the costs incurred by two. For any other case, you will have to contact us to study the possibilities.

Can I have several sponsors?

Yes, this is entirely possible. All you have to do is give us their contact details and the amount covered for the establishment of the invoice. Any amount not covered by the sponsors will remain the responsibility of the artist who will also receive an invoice in his name.

Is there a minimum amount for the referrer?

No, there is no minimum. For information, we consider that 500€ is a reasonable amount to support an artist.

What advantages are there for the company that sponsors me?

In addition to the tax deduction, the company sponsoring you will be able to benefit from several advantages:

• Inserting the logo on your catalog page
• Unlimited number of invitations (value 20€ per invitation)
• Possibility of visibility on the stand (logo, flyers, business card) set up by yourself.
• Possibility of organizing a preview on the first day of the show on your stand.
